After it's purchased, the file is available for download from the Order Confirmation page. The customer will automatically receive an order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.
- this link will expire 24 hours after the purchase.
- if a link has expired before the customer manages to use it; simply click the expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase.
- please ensure the email address provided as part of checkout is accurate and up to date
- please download the file(s) and save in a secure location for later use i.e. on a desktop/laptop or USB
The files are zipped using standard compression on a Windows Computer
- the method to unzip may vary dependent on a Customer’s particular setup (computer/operating system) - typically:
- Right-click the ZIP file then click "Extract All" —> confirm the location —> select “Extract” and a new window with the unzipped files will open up
- the method to unzip may vary dependent on a customer’s specific setup however it is openly available.

Once downloaded, your images can be printed right away at home or local/online print shops for a professional finish
- Make sure to print your images at their original size or smaller
