This version has been optimised to print on a single sheet of Letter sized paper in your own home, which can then be split in half to form a Half-Letter sized booklet or left as is. Plenty of room has been provided in the margin on the left-hand side to secure multiple sheets together and create a bound journal.

  • Print this out on Letter sized paper(s) and follow either of the following points depending on your printer’s capabilities:

    Double Sided Printer

    Print all Pages (i.e. Pages 1 & 2 ) ensuring that double sided printing is enabled on your printer. This can be left full size or fold it in half to find the middle and cut it down to size. Depending on what’s available to you this can then be bound into a booklet i.e. hole punch, binding machine or staples.

    Single Sided Printer

    Print Page 1 only This can be left full size or fold in half to find the middle then either cut it down or leave it folded
